Product & Partnerships.Ecosystem Growth.Technical Strategy.

Over 7+ years in Web3, I have built products, partnerships, and teams from the ground up at Xord, A51 Finance, and Spock Search. Currently working as ecosystem and business growth at Rakurai, one of Solana's fastest growing validator clients, where I scaled network stake from ~1% to nearly 10% and onboarded 30+ validators including institutionals like Figment, P2P, and Blockdaemon.

About

What keeps me curious.

Not a résumé recap, a look at what I care about, what I build for fun, and the moments that stuck with me outside of job titles.

Why I do what I do.

I'm someone who enjoys making complex things easier to understand. Professionally, that means working at the intersection of engineering, business, and user needs through product strategy, partnerships, and technical storytelling. Personally, it means diving into subjects like astrophysics, relativity, AI, and distributed systems simply because they fascinate me. When I'm not reading or building side projects, you'll probably find me planning my next trek or exploring somewhere new.

Trekking

Finding perspective.

Away from the screen, I recharge in the mountains. Long hikes, alpine lakes, and quiet trails remind me to slow down, think clearly, and enjoy the journey as much as the destination.

Space & Astrophysics

Curiosity without boundaries.

I've always been fascinated by how the universe works, from relativity and black holes to the mathematics behind spacetime. That curiosity often spills into side projects where I try to make complex ideas more visual, interactive, and easier to understand.

In the Ecosystem

Where ideas become reality.

Some of the best conversations don't happen on Zoom. They happen at conferences, hacker houses, and community events where founders, developers, researchers, and builders come together to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and build what's next.

In the Ecosystem

Community

Relationships over transactions.

One of my favorite parts of Web3 is the people. Whether it's mentoring, collaborating, introducing builders, or simply sharing ideas over coffee, I've learned that the strongest ecosystems are built on genuine relationships, not just technology.

Experience

Building the bridge between engineering and business.

From early Ethereum startups to scaling institutional infrastructure on Solana, I've spent my career connecting engineering/users with business. Whether launching products, closing strategic partnerships, or shaping technical narratives, my focus has always been the same: helping great technology reach the people who need it.

Rakurai Validator Network Expansion

Head of Ecosystem and Business Growth

End to end ecosystem and business growth strategy to scale Rakurai from an early stage Solana client to a top network stake holder.

Problem

Rakurai needed rapid validator adoption and network stake growth in a competitive Solana infrastructure landscape with institutional operators.

Solution

Designed GTM strategy including referral program tokenomics, validator onboarding tooling, and institutional partnership outreach to top operators.

Outcome

Grew network stake from ~1% to nearly 10% of Solana, expanded to 30+ validator nodes including Figment, P2P, Blockdaemon, and Everstake.

Highlights

Moments that mattered

Every project, partnership, and launch taught me something different. These are a few milestones that shaped how I build, lead, and think today.

Scaling stake on Solana

When I joined Rakurai, the network held a small slice of Solana stake. By designing GTM, referral tokenomics, and validator onboarding from the ground up, we grew to nearly 10% of the network, one of the fastest climbs in the ecosystem.

Building institutional trust

Helped grow Rakurai's validator ecosystem by partnering with more than 30 institutional operators including Figment, Blockdaemon, Everstake, P2P, and others, contributing to one of the fastest growing validator clients on Solana.

Growing a builder practice

At Xord I went from blockchain developer to leading the services team. We scaled from a small crew to 150+ builders, delivered 20+ projects, and turned a scrappy studio into a serious Web3 services practice.

Teaching machines to read chains

At Spock Search we built an AI native way to query on chain data in plain language. Tight LLM pipelines and better indexing pushed query success past 80%, making blockchain exploration feel closer to a search engine than a terminal.
